Hotel was good but service was not up to the mark compared to the price they have charged. First of all there was no numbers written where to call for room service or house keeping etc. It took 1 hour for the reception to provide me with the numbers. I ordered for dinner at 7 pm and ask them to provide at 8 pm but after 9 pm i was literally calling them repeatedly for dinner

Location was good.one can easily get a cab for sight seeing.room condition was not that good.wall painting and air conditioning needs maintenance.buffet breakfast was terrible.menu was almost same every day .dining hall is understaffed.catering service is very poor.spa services unavailable most of the times.front desk staff were also not that friendly and helpful in room dining facility also needs improvement.sometimes they’ll forget after taking orders and deliver late

We checked in around 5 pm. Around 10 pm there was complete blackout in the room. My kid was already in sleep. They kept on trying for 40 minutes to repair but its not resolved. At middle of night we again need to pack again which was very discomforting and disapppointing. We did not expected so much of hustle after paying so much for one night. Alternative room was not of same quality as it had seepage on walls. It was not a pleasant stay. Its management doesn't have policy to comensate guest. Hotsel staff tried its best but some bigger electricity fault happened.

we had a pleasant stay at m crown. the room was specious and very clean. location of the hotel is at the heart of shilong. hotel staff were courteous. overall we enjoyed our stay there 😃.. not available
